Ever since I spotted the original Asus Eee pc in the wild I have been sold on netbooks.

I travel frequently and I was always hesitant to bring my other laptops with me due to the restrictive weight and bulkiness.

When I grabbed the original Eee pc I was impressed by the fact I could just fire it into my backpack and barely even notice the extra weight.

Of course the netbooks are not as juiced up as say my macbook, but that is not really the point of them is it?

This latest evolution is another sure winner and I look forward to adding it to my ever growing collection of portable gadgets.

I’ve tested this netbook at work and I must say I was impressed with its build quality and battery life which is almost as stated by ASUS.

If only it would had a 12 inch screen and a dual core Atom chip inside…if would have been perfect.
