The price was great, $70 cheaper than Verizon. My phone was only lasting one hour or so with a phone call. Now, I can go a day and a half whout charging. Great product and quick shipping. A pain free transaction!

These batteries are typically double to triple the cost in the stores and Amazon again has shown it can offer a product at a great price. Glad to see someone is providing name-brand batteries at a reasonable price.

The batteries work as well as the original and are authentic blackberry components. How Amazon offers such great prices is beyond me.

I bought a couple of these and an external charger. Very handy to simply swap batteries when the Blackberry dies due to low battery. TURN OFF WIFI to preserve battery life.

I have had my Blackberry 8900 (Javelin) for a little over a year now and I had noticed that my battery was dropping about 25% after only four hours of “on” time with lite use. By the end of the night, I was down to 25% and I knew it was about time for a new battery. The new D-X1 battery that I ordered here on Amazon functions just like the battery that came with my phone. When the battery arrived from Amazon, it barely had a charge so be prepared to charge it but it should be to 100% in just a few hours after plugging it in. It has been about 5 or 6 days since I started using this battery and it is holding up well, much better than the battery I was using before. This is a reliable vendor to purchase from and even though this particular sale didn’t have my phone model listed in the ad, the battery is the same. I bought from this vendor because they had a pretty high rating and have been happy so far.

I placed an order for this “new” battery through Peridigm, Inc. (which was shipped by Amazon.com) – item arrived in typical Amazon fashion (on time and well packaged) but the battery itself was not new (it was in a cheap/shady looking polybag and resealable slip). The indicator on the battery (normally plain white) was showing a “red stripe” indicating that it was exposed to water. I charged the battery and it seemed to work OK – but I just didn’t want to risk my BlackBerry 9650 with a potential knock-off or used battery (compared to the battery I received with the phone it looks mostly identical) – especially when it was advertised as new. I submitted for a refund and it is going back today. Decided to buy from Amazon for 3-4x the price. Worth it to know you are getting the real thing.
