The moment I saw this product on Amazon, I loved it. I researched it a little more and it looked to be a great product, so I immediately ordered it. I ordered 1-3 day shipping and I was ready for it to be here. Even though I ordered fast shipping, it said that it would probably get here around the 22nd. Here it is, the 23rd, 8 days after I ordered the FAST shipping, and it still ISNT here. I would love this product if it was HERE.

Can anyone who owned this product please tell me how to release the arm to put my ipod in it?
The merchandise has no instruction at all and I couldn’t figure out how to release the arm.
Look like it was design for rocket scientist use (lol)

Finally I did it by pulling the arm to open it _ keep in mind that the plastic constructed as cheap as merchandises you could find in dollar tree stores _ so do it with your own risk (lol)
The FM transmitter reception is very good if and only if your car . . . . . . . . not moving (another lol) _ when car moving you can hear some static but not as loud as the rattle sound from some loosing part inside the unit.
Another word, it’s a good FM transmitter but not for moving cars _ buy it to listen to music in the parked car while waiting for your wife doing the shopping (lol) _ I’m selling mine for the half price if you want to try (lol)

It was okay at first but I wanted to be able to control the nusic from my steering colume. The holder is a great idea. That is what I primarily use it for.

I hate it i wish that i didn’t bought it this product no have any qaulity sorry for that but it’s bad product, I have little idea, Why you guys not try to creat one we can hold it in the from glass of the car and the product gave a long cabel ( wire ) to put it in the power place near the car lighter, it will be better than this one which i use it now.

Although the specifications clearly state this device will work with the iPhone, it does not!!! Beware!!!
I would return it, but am unwilling to pay return shipping on a $25. 00 item with no guarantee of a refund.
